POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Independent Associates can rely upon the four interdependent components of the IonWays' Policies and Procedures for fair and equitable governance of all IonWays business. These components are the Policies and Procedures, the Associates' Bill of Rights, the Executive Board of Representatives and the Compliance Review Team. 

The Associates' Bill of Rights, as part of IonWays' Policies and Procedures, serves to ensure that the Associates have certain rights in dealing with the company and that those rights are protected and will not be circumvented. 

The Bill of Rights and the protection it affords is interwoven through the Policies and Procedures, the Executive Board of Representatives and the Compliance Review Team.
