Cynthia brings over twenty-three (23) years experience as an Office Manager and Customer Service Specialist to the IonWays Team. The last eleven years she worked as a lead Customer Service Specialist in the U.S. Division for an International MLM online company. Her experience and communication skills in dealing with the public and achieving quick and satisfactory results elevated her to U.S. Divisional Office Manager for three of those years.
Cynthia joined the IonWays Team in 2007 as a Customer Service Specialist where she quickly proved herself invaluable. She embodies the IonWays corporate ethic of service. Her experience combined with her exceptional inter-personal skills, always cheerful and positive demeanor, tireless dedication provide her the invaluable ability to leave our customers feeling not only cared for but taken care of. She was awarded IonWays Employee of the Year in 2009.
Cynthia resides in North Carolina with her children where they enjoy going to the beach, boating, playing and watching football, and traveling.
