Jay Hare
President / CEO
Jay Hare is the President and one of the founders of IonWays. As President he oversees all aspects of IonWays operations. He brings 20 years of business management experience, the last 15 years in executive level positions, and 15 years of sales and marketing experience to the IonWays team. His management experience has been acquired in three separate industries with three very different yet rapidly growing companies. Prior to founding IonWays, Jay most recently served as the Executive Vice President for the sales agent responsible for marketing the EmcoTech brands world-wide (excluding Asia) where he directed all sales and marketing efforts.
Jay offers IonWays a complete grasp of the emerging world market for ionization technology and its varied applications. His understanding has been earned by his experience developing various segments of the ionization market spanning residential to commercial product lines.
Jay is from Seattle, Washington where he grew up with a passion for the outdoors. His personal goals have led him in a lifelong quest for health and fitness of the mind, body and spirit. He considers himself very blessed to be able to help spread the benefits of ionized water throughout the world and to serve the IonWays community.
