Prior to joining IonWays, Jon was the President/CEO and founder of Digital Marketing Specialists (DMS) a software development / marketing firm which creates state-of-the-art custom Internet sales and marketing software applications.
Jon designed and managed the implementation of the IonWays web platform which forms the technical backbone of the company. He and his brother Christian have been developing enterprise level network marketing systems for over 10 years. Together they have over 25 years of combined MLM management experience. Jon has been actively involved in the managerial decisions that have affected literally millions of distributors through the course of his career.
Jon began his software design career as an electrical engineer in the U.S. Navy. He successfully designed the NAV-SEA Electrical Readiness System that became the catalyst of change across the entire fleet. It is still used today o track the status, condition, and repair schedule of every single electrical circuit in the Navy fleet.
Jon, his wife Amy and their two children Cassie 14, and Matthew 2 live in northern Wisconsin where they enjoy traveling and spending time together as a growing family.
