Rick Wright
Vice President Operations
Rick comes to IonWays with 17 years of experience as a high level operations and management consultant. He has had long term consulting contracts with General Electric, Disney, Wells Fargo Bank, Inc. Magazine, Cisco Systems, Sony Entertainment, Johnson & Johnson and Direct TV. He has facilitated international operational efficiency in many business sectors including manufacturing, high tech, government, entertainment, marketing, sales, banking, and emerging markets. Rick’s core competency has been in operational organizational development and executive development for demanding growth sectors and international expansion. He has trained some of the top business leaders in international business and has been portrayed in the media as one of America’s top executive coaches.
Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. After earning his degrees Rick evolved his entrepreneurial nature and has owned and grown numerous businesses.
Rick is passionate about building world class, sustainable, socially conscious businesses. His personal ambition is to assist IonWays in becoming a model that epitomizes the embodiment of these ideals He loves, travel, the beach and new adventures. He commutes to IonWays corporate offices weekly from Laguna Beach California where he lives with his wife Lisa and two children Adam and Kaitlin.
