The IonWays Polices and Procedures establishes the Executive Board as the voice of the IonWays Customers and Associates. Their collective perspective lends valuable insight to the IonWays Corporate staff helping clarify the needs of our customers and providing an understanding of issues affecting our Associates in the field. The Executive Board also serves as the final ruling body on infractions of the IonWays Polices and Procedures and votes on proposals to amend the Policies and Procedures. These field leaders are also involved in conducting meetings and training for the IonWays field group as a whole and help to guide the actions and set the corporate culture of the entire IonWays field organization.

The Executive Board is comprised of the company's Top Six earning Executives and one company appointed representative. Total earnings per position calculated over the previous IonWays Year ending July, 31 determine the six Executive Representatives. The term of appointment runs from August 1 to July 31 of each calendar year. Teams of individual sharing one position are afforded a single seat/vote on the Board.
